  3. In the event that statistic datais created and/or used, etc. that are the result of processing, summing and analyzing those pieces of information and cannot identify an individual customer therefrom.
  4. In the event that the governments and/or other public offices request disclosure of Person Information under authority pursuant to relevant laws, rules, regulations, etc.
  5. In the event that Sega acquires the customer's prior consent
